Worldwide CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC offers its services in 49 countries, 8.000 offices, and with 150.000 agents of change. In Turkey there are currently 122 offices and 600 employees. CENTURY 21 Turkeys’ aim to raise the real estate sector to international standards, and to open 500 offices by the year 2008.

Franchise entry fee is between 6.000 USD + VAT and 22.000 USD + VAT, depending on geographical area.

We have special agreements with certain banks which give installments with interest rates up to 36 months.

8. Are there any other fees which need to be paid apart from the franchise fee?

Yes, apart from the entry fee 2% for advertising costs and 6% Royalty from your revenue.

9. How long will it take to breakeven?

You should breakeven between 6 months to 1 year.

10. How long ist he franchise agreement?

The contract is 5 years. At the end of 5 years it is renewed with both parties consent.

11. Is a renewal fee paid after 5 years?

The franchise fee is paid only one time. Once the contract is renewed no fee is paid.

12. In which area can I open an office?

Once everything is settled and the place has been decided you can open the office within 1 month.

14. What are your criteria for the offices?

The Office should be minimum 90m2, easily accessible, ground or first floor are preferable. Offices must be designed according to corporate standards. Welcome desk, and a waiting area, working area for Real Estate agents, and meeting rooms are preferred.

15. Do you give any training?

Ofice owners, managers and real estate agents are given CREATE 21® training. But also for other staff members trainings such as HR, time management and managing meetings are offered.
